Pimpit does not guarantee or promise you to receive your package by any particular date regardless of method of shipping selected.

BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT.

All furniture, pictures, glasses/optics, mirrors, custom made products (faux fur jackets, velvet bedding), go-peds, bikes, bike parts and bedding are non-returnable except for manufacturer defects. If there is a defect pimpIT will only replace the defect item with the same item upon return of the defective item. pimpIT Empire is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (Airborne Express, UPS etc).

All returns must be pre-authorized by pimpIT.com by completing the below form completely, all fields are required. All unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All custom made items are non-refundable at the time of ordering. No cancelations or other changes can be made once the order has been placed and the payment has been made. Some items may take up to 12 weeks to produce. Items such as furniture and artwork are manufactured overseas and dates may variey due to sea travel and conditions.

ALL SHOES ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE WRONG SIZES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE UPON RETURN. The correct size shoe will be sent regular UPS ground regardless of original shipping method. The new size will be reshipped by pimpIT Empire free of charge for the first size correction ONLY. All subsequent returns will be charged an approriate fee for reshipping of the shoe.

Please be advised that pimpIT does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date please call our toll free customer service center toll free at 1-866-5 PIMPIT and inquire as to the in stock/ back order status of a particular item.

Overnight orders of backordered items are sent overnight once the item is received by our warehouse.

All Costumes and other Seasonal items are Non-Refundable or Returnable. Once the purchase is made, the item is shipped you cannot exchange or return the item for any reason. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING METHOD SELECTION-If you order a product and choose the wrong shipping method, the correct one will be automatically adjusted on your order. (ex. Clothing shipping $8 instead of furniture shipping $150)

If the product returned is being exchanged for a different size or color, pimpIT.com will provide for the shipping cost of the new item.
